How we handle your information
MarketWise Financial collects the contact information and finance requirements you provide when making an enquiry, including your name, email address, telephone number, finance purpose and any documents you choose to upload.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess possible lender options, communicate with you and, where you authorise it, share relevant information with suitable lenders. Lenders process information under their own privacy policies and carry out their own checks.
Documents uploaded to the client portal are stored privately. Access is controlled and lender sharing is managed separately. We retain information only as long as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes; the exact retention schedule and data controller details must be confirmed before public launch.
Optional marketing consent is separate from your finance enquiry. You can request information about your data or ask us to update your details by emailing info@marketwisefinancial.co.uk.
